All information gathered through the online booking form or over the telephone is stored safely and is only available to Sydney Urban Limo Hire personnel who require it to complete transactions or deliver requested services.
If you need to cancel a booking made with Sydney Urban Limo Hire, it is imperative you contact us as soon as possible. If your booking is cancelled less than 12 hours before your departure time, you will not be eligible for a refund. If your booking is cancelled before this period, you will receive a direct credit to your card or cash transfer to a nominated bank account to the value of the fare payed, minus credit or bank charges.
Flight delays and-or cancellations may cause you to miss your booking with Sydney Urban Limo Hire. If your flight is delayed or cancelled and you do not contact us, the chauffeur will monitor the emended time of your flight and will be at the airport to collect you at the time specified by the airline. If your outgoing flight is cancelled or delayed, it is your responsibility to contact us to adjust your pick-up time. No extra fees will be incurred for this change. Please note: if you change airlines during your journey and this impacts your time of arrival into Sydney, you must contact us immediately or you risk forfeiting your booking.
