This page briefly summarises terms and conditions as well as policies that apply to customers utilising the Sydney Urban Limo Hire service.
Privacy
Your privacy is very important to us. We do collect information from customers who make bookings with Sydney Urban Limo Hire. All information gathered through the online booking form or over the telephone is stored safely and is only available to Sydney Urban Limo Hire personnel who require it to complete transactions or deliver requested services.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a booking made with Sydney Urban Limo Hire, it is imperative you contact us as soon as possible. If your booking is cancelled less than 12 hours before your departure time, you will not be eligible for a refund. If your booking is cancelled before this period, you will receive a direct credit to your card or cash transfer to a nominated bank account to the value of the fare payed, minus credit or bank charges.
Flight delays and-or cancellations may cause you to miss your booking with Sydney Urban Limo Hire. If your flight is delayed or cancelled and you do not contact us, the chauffeur will monitor the emended time of your flight and will be at the airport to collect you at the time specified by the airline. If your outgoing flight is cancelled or delayed, it is your responsibility to contact us to adjust your pick-up time. No extra fees will be incurred for this change. Please note: if you change airlines during your journey and this impacts your time of arrival into Sydney, you must contact us immediately or you risk forfeiting your booking.
Code of conduct
At Sydney Urban Limo Hire, we take our business seriously and providing the best quality service to you, our valued customer is of utmost importance to all our employees. Our chauffeurs are accredited to the highest standards and are committed to offering a professional, friendly and hassle free service to you. Each chauffeur's conduct is closely monitored and our attention to detail in this matter is a point of pride with us.
If you feel you haven't received a satisfactory service or the chauffeur's conduct was less than professional, please contact us as soon as possible so your concerns can be addressed promptly.
Terms of carriage
As our valued customer, your safety as well as that of the chauffeur is the key to a pleasant experience with Sydney Urban Limo Hire. If circumstances compromise your safety or that of the chauffeur, he-she has the right to refuse service. Situations may include, but are not limited to:
- Drunken or abusive behaviour;
- Refusal to wear a seatbelt;
- Consuming alcohol or smoking cigarettes inside the vehicle;
- Failure to pay for transport service;
- Excessive deviations from agreed pick-up-drop-off times without prior notification.
